Questions about a monthly stay
What is the minimum stay?
30 nights. The home is rented only for monthly and seasonal stays of 30 nights or more, under a written lease.
How much does it cost?
From $15,000 a month, depending on season and length of stay. Longer winter stays and shoulder seasons are priced differently; tell us your dates for a quote.
What's included?
The home is fully furnished, with utilities, gigabit wifi, snow removal and fresh linens included. Mid-stay housekeeping can be added.
When is ski season?
Most Summit County resorts open in November and run into April; Arapahoe Basin often stays open later. Seasonal leases usually run December through March.
How far is it to the ski resorts?
About 15 minutes to Keystone, 20 to Copper Mountain, 25 to Breckenridge, 30–45 to Vail and 45 to Beaver Creek, depending on weather and traffic.
Is the wifi fast enough for video calls?
Yes. The home has gigabit-class internet up to 1,200 Mbps and a dedicated office with two full desks.
How many people can stay?
Seven guests comfortably, every one in a real bed. It's ideal for extended family get-togethers: the primary suite and kids' room upstairs, the king bedroom and second bedroom downstairs.
Where do we keep skis and gear?
A three-car garage with a mudroom right off it holds a full season of skis, boards and boots.
Do I need a four-wheel-drive car?
We recommend AWD or 4WD with good winter tires for mountain driving. The driveway is cleared for you.
Are pets allowed?
No. The home is pet-free.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is held under the lease and returned after check-out according to Colorado law.
Can a company or insurer pay for the stay?
Yes. Corporate housing, relocation and insurance placements are welcome; we can invoice your company or insurer directly.
Is this a short-term rental?
No. Because every stay is 30 nights or more under a lease, it's a monthly residential rental, not a short-term vacation rental.
